I joined this company as a Sr. Immigration Consultant in mid of March 2023. This is a inside sales job, where consultants make outbound calls, if anyone has inquired with the company for immigration. But after I joined them, I got to know they do not have a digital marketing team, from which leads can get generated. They were giving raw data from Naukri job portal & used to instruct us to call everyone to check whether they are looking for any kind of immigration. After I complained about the lead quality to the management, they immediately released me from the job and denied to pay my 17 days salary.
Even I have enough evidence that I have reported to the management until 17th April 2023. But they denied my salary very ruthlessly. I want my salary for the days I have worked for them. Thank you.
