I had Invested in FD scheme by Net4 India Ltd for amount of 175000. and was provided a post dated cheque on maturity, however i had received an Intimation stating that the company is going through Financial losses and not able to make the payment and they have applied for a petition in the court and published the same in the local newspaper.
So far its been 10 years, these thugs are not responding on any updates/progess on the the petition made. Second they dont answer to call or emails. and incase if you are lucky they respond as they dont care of the law and people grievances.
it was my had work money which i invested for brighter future. But i am surprised that there is no coverage of this in the social network. Looks like nothing happened. and the company is still operating in a different profile and making money but not repaying people who invested or whom they have cheated.
this is a real shame, that such people are still being alllowed to operate, they disclose their companies financial reports but never say anything to pay peoples money back which they had accumalated and failed to make profits.
such person who make false allegations and not held them responsible for their failures should be punished.
Not able to understand why the SEBI rules are not incorporated on these companies along with IT department intervening of taking money and not returning.My humble request. Blacklist the company and not allow them to operate in any nature of Business.
