Kunduz Q&a Homework is Scam

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the Kunduz App subscription service, which I availed myself of on 15th August 2021. I subscribed to the service for a duration of 7 months, paying a total of 1918 rupees.

Unfortunately, after only one month sage, I encountered significant issues while attempting to log in to the Kunduz Mobile Application. Faced with this problem, I promptly contacted the company by sending an email to the provided. I received a response that I have attached below for your reference. In their reply, the company stated that they no longer offer their services in India and assured me that I would be refunded the amount I had paid. They requested my bank details and assured me that the refund would be processed within three to five business days after providing the required information.

Since that initial correspondence, I have made numerous attempts to reach out to Kunduz through various channels, including the provided contact number, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email. However, I have received no response except through email. The company continues to promise a refund in their emails, but their actions have not aligned with their assurances. I have sent approximately 20+ emails and made over 50 phone calls in an attempt to resolve this issue, but all my efforts have been in vain.

It is disheartening to note that this scam is not isolated to my case alone; many Indian students have fallen victim to this fraudulent activity. A quick glance at the Kunduz Mobile Application’s rating and reviews on the Play Store will reveal numerous instances of students being cheated. In light of this widespread issue, I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate the situation further.

I have attached all relevant documentation that may aid in the resolution of this matter, although some documents have been blurred due to the passage of time. Furthermore, I have included screenshots of certain communications that I shared with others, as these may provide additional evidence. For your reference, my name is Raviranjan Kumar, and my registered mobile number on Kunduz.

Given the gravity of this situation and the detrimental impact it has had on numerous students, I implore you to take appropriate action against Kunduz and ensure that they fulfill their obligation to refund the amounts paid by affected individuals. This issue calls for a thorough investigation and the implementation of measures to prevent such scams from recurring in the future.

Should you require any further details or wish to discuss this matter further, I am available at the provided contact information. I trust that you will address this complaint promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
