Fsk Chikan Arts is want my money back

I purchased kurta worth 1 lakh 20 thousands he forced me to make advance payment I made advance payment of 1 lakh 20 thousands after taking advance payment he send old dirty used clothes which was very dirty full of stains I returned them immediately today after one month of sending their clothes back he is not returning my money I’m messaging him calling like made he is not responding I’m asking for my money since one month he is not giving my money back kindly do needful nd take serious action against him I want my money back plz help
