Hi,
I am complaining about one product which i have order from Chikari Hue Mode Pvt Ltd. Order no. 6638. I wanted to return the order as i am not liking the stuff and fitting, no when i request for return, company is saying very weird things.
1. They are saying we don’t pickup for return, customer need to courier to their company.
2. They only do exchange not return
3. They are saying that we can only provide you credit note or exchange. We will not refund to your original account.
4. They are bounding customer to buy from their own site.
Customer used local vendors just bcoz of their price, but they are playing with with customer money
