Here is my 27 days experience.
Mujhe 22 march 2022 ko Appointjobs se call aati hai koi Mr. Varun ki. Mujhe nahi ptaa ki inko mera number kahaan se mila. Aur inhoney bahoot hi pyaar aur achey se apni service ‘career guide’ ke baarey mei batana shuru kiya. Jiske main points hain:-
1. Hum aapki presentation aur resume banaakar seedha us employer ko bejhtey hain, jahaan aapki zaroorat hai international market mei (Canada, Singapore etc. or any other rich economically country). Employer seedha aap tak aur aap seedhey employer tak nahi pahunch paatey, isliye hum aapkey liye ye sab karney ko baithey hain.
2. Hum aapko job vacancies ke baarey mei batatey rahengey aur aapko apply wahaan khud karna hai aur agar aapka resume select ho gya to interview face karna hai jiskey baarey mei hum aapko guide kartey rahengey. (yehi bol-bol kar aapka bharosa jeeta jata hai ki hum job ya visa nahi dilwatey but apko poora guide karenge. Aur humko lagta hai ki kitney imandaar (honest) hain jo clearly bol rahey hain ki hum visa ya job nahi dilwatey.) Kyunki ye log jaanety hain ki kisi se visa ya job ke liye 10-15 lakh nikalwana asaan (easy) nahi, but 11225/-Rs as a registration fees bolkar first installment nikalwana easy hai.
3. Fir ye apni professional strategy follow karenge ye bolkar ki mai aapko ek E-mail bejh rhaa hoon “career pro proposal” ismei sab kuch likha hai aur aap mujhe required documents bejho. Such as scan copy of passport, experience letter, updated resume, photo, higher qualification etc. Inke proposal mei jo kuch bhi likha hai sab fake hai. Sirf ek point ko chodkar..which is resume presentation. Ye aapke bheje hue updated resume ko new format mei bnaakar aapko dengey pdf file mei.
Inhoney first call mujhey 22 march ko ki thi, aur vishwaash jeetney ke liye kahaa ki agar aapko lagta hai ki hum fraud kartey hain toh aap apni job ya visa guidance ke liye kahin aur se dekh saktey ho. Maine inko mnaa (refuse) kar diya tha ki, I am not interested in your service’. Iske baad inhoney mujhe 15 din baad fir cal karni start ki maine nahi uthaya. Fir 30 days baad 22 April ko mujhe dusrey number se cal ki aur kahaa ki mai cal kyun nahi utha rhaa, why don’t you trust us?
Maine kahaa ki mere paas paise nahi hain abhi. Then they said, don’t worry about money. Aap apna process toh start karwaaiye, paise slowly slowly karke de dena. Is baat se mai impress hua aur mujhe lgaa ki may be they are honest and Rs 11225/- I can pay them, jahaan mujhey Canadian, Singapore employers se interview ka chance milega.
Fir maine inse strictly poocha, ki kyaa is Rs11225 /- ke ilaawa aapke koi aaur charges hongey future mei. They said, NO…Bilkul nahi, yehi hi hamaare final charges hain. Jab aapka sara kaam ho jaayega means interview clear aur job selection ho jaayegi, toh aapko kuch chottey mottey charges bear karney hain jaise ki courier charges for visa, medical fees etc. which will be around 30 to 40 thousand rupees.
Fir maine inko 26 April 2022 ko Rs 11225/- two parts mei diye. Fir inhoney mujhe mera updated resume new format mei bnaakar pdf file mei mujhe bejha.
Fir next day mujhe inki support team se call aati hai koi Mr. Manoj ki, jo kehtey hain ki ab aapkey two documents prepare karney hain SOP(statement of purpose) and LOR(Letter of recommendation). Iskey liye aap jadi se 1 hour mei Rs 11066/- aur bejhiye. Bina iskey aapka kaam aagey nahi badega. I was SHOCKED!!!
Maine kahaa, is payment ke baare mei aapney mujhe pehley kuch nahi bataaya aur aapke proposal mei clearly likha hai ki documents preparation service bhi usi registration fees mei include hai. Aur ye mera fir emotionally way mei brainwash karney lagey.
They said, ki hamien khud ptaa nahi hota ki employer kyaa requirement ki demand karega. Aur wo jo bhi requirement ki demand karega wo aapko pay karna padega.
Friends, hope you all understand their strategy, how to make people foolish and make money.
Ye aapko ek job ko apply karney ko bataayengey. Wahaan client SOP & LOR ki demand karega aur aapko uske liye ye 11 Thousand 66rupees pay karney ko kahenge. Agar aapki wahaan selection nahi hui. Then ye aapko dusari job ke liye apply karney ko bolenge. Aur wahaan client kuch aur requirement ki demand karega. Aur fir ye aapko uski payment karney ko bolengey.
Agar 6 months mei aapki kahin selection nahi hui, toh aapko fir se registration karwaney ko bolengey ki 11225/- fir se pay kijiye.
Miane inko dusari payment Rs 11066/- karney ko manaa kar diya. They said, ki hum kuch naahi kar saktey, payment karogey toh aagey aapka process hoga. I said, ki aapney mujhe accha bewkoof banaya ye bol kar ki Rs 11225/- hi last and final payment hai hamaari service ki. I said, please refund my hard earning money at least 50%. They said, no chance.
Actually ye information mai 20 days pehley hi post karney wala tha. But abhi inko payment karney ke 27th day ke baad aaj mai ye information post kar rahaa hoon. Kyunki pichley 20 dino se mai inse apna resume maang rhaa hoon original word format mei jo ki ye mujhe wait karney ko bol rahey they. Aur ab bejha bhi toh duplicate word format mei, jisko properly edit nahi kar saktey. Aur kahaa ki hum aapko aapka resume original editable format nahi bejh saktey. Nahi toh ye information mai 20 din pehley hi post kar deta.
So dear ‘Appointjobs’ & Divish Networks India Pvt. Ltd., I am not going to pay you more money. And you are not going to return me my hard earning money. Its really stressful and hurtful for me. But its OK. You can enjoy with such money. But REMEMBER the theory of KARMA is FIXED. Digest nahi kar paaogey is tarha se logon ko bewfoof banaakar kamaaya huaa paisa. You will have to pay for that in your future life.
