Dear Sir my self yaser Arafat I am complaining this Alfataah tours and travels. I applied russia visa through this agency in March 2021 and pay 2.55 lacs after two months he send me fake visa after I checked this visa he is responding my calls and WhatsApp. Please took serious action against Alfataah tours and travels md Mr syed minhajuddin owner. He is spoil my life and Trouble me touch still he block me WhatsApp and phone. Please its humble request to you action against him provide my refund.
