Zingbus is Need a proper acknowledgement and response

I booked a bus from Sujanpur Tira (HP) to Delhi via zingbus on 20th January with PNR ZB. It was a late night journey and I was about to reach my destination on 21st in the morning at 5AM.
I requested driver to stop the bus at Burari bus stand which was my destination, the driver deliberately stopped the bus 1.5 km ahead of my destination and asked me to deboard there. Upon asking the driver that why he is not stopping the bus at the Burari bus stand which is a common bus stand for all the roadways, local and private buses he said I will take the bus over the fly over. Basically, Burari bus stop is below the Burari fly over and driver stopped the bus just at the starting of flyover(which is 1.5 km before Burari stand) as he wanted to take the bus through flyover.
I requested the driver to take the bus through the normal road not through fly over as both he path are going to meet as same road, the driver reacted very wildly on this and behaved very rudely. He used some profanity as well in Himachali language and said to me ‘tuje yaha utarna h to utar nhi to m bus chla dunga, mai tere baap ka naukar nhi hu’. This is really such a bad experience for me that in the cold dark at 5AM I went 1.5 km ahead on foot to my destination.
Moreover, thing that I noticed as I was sitting just behind the driver on seat number 2 that drive was continuously talking on phone via his neckband(earphones) and he was smoking as well.
I really want a strict action to be taken against the driver so that this kind of issue won’t be repeated or else this was my last trip with zingbus and I’ll raise the isse to social media, need a proper acknowledgement and response on this.
