Hello Friends,
It is very unfortunate that I got into this Visiontrade India company with high expectations and trust.
I LOST 4 LAKHS PAYING TO VTI. THEY ARE WELL TRAINED TO CHEAT PEOPLE. I INSIST, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THEY ARE PLAYING WITH OUR EMOTIONS.
I CAN HANDLE THIS, SINCE I HAVE A STRONG LEGAL BACKGROUND TEAM. I AM FILING CYBERCRIME AND APPROACHING CONSUMER COURT FOR THE MENTAL STRESS I’VE GONE THROUGH.
The VTI Team says they provide genuine and verified buyers, but the reality is they don’t check the buyer documents or trade history of the buyer, and I have a serious doubt that it is their own person acting as a buyer; otherwise, why would they ask for a VTI certificate, and FEMF payment should be done through VTI?
I REQUEST PLEASE DON’T GET IN THIS TRAP.
Below is a series of conversations for your reference on how I got into this trap!
I had been approached by the VTI team continuously for the spice business trade and mentioned that they have a genuine buyer for immediate supply. Trusting their word, I have paid the token advance of Rs 2000.
After that, VTI shared a Saudi buyer(Al Mukhtub Trade LLC) buyer name “Mr Abdul Aziz”.
18th March – I have shared my quotation.
25th March – Purchased Order Received from Buyer
25th March Buyer asked for VTI guarantee letter
25th March – I have paid RS.50327 for VTI certificate
26th March Received payment receipt for 70% from buyer(Saudi National Bank SNB).
26th March From SNB Bank, one person called me. They need a REACH certificate, and I have to pay 4.6% of the FEMF payment (FOREIGN EXCHANGE MARK-UP FEE) against 70% payment through VTI to release the payment the same day.
26th March – Trusting that I had paid 3.23 lakhs to VTI to make this FEMF payment.
27th March I didn’t get any payment proof or payment remitted to my account. When I asked the buyer, he said you have to pay the balance, 30% FEMF payment. I said it is acceptable, and then the buyer said, ‘Okay, I will talk to the bank and release the payment by 30th March.’
30th March – The buyer said that they need 3-4 days’ time, and on 4th April payment will be done.
4th April – I didn’t receive any payment and asked the buyer for an update. Again, a new story started: he has to submit some KYC documents, so he needs 15-20 days’ time; accordingly, he confirmed by 25th April payment will be done.
25th April – Buyer had confirmed that payment is cleared and you will the payment anytime same day.
27th April – NO payment received; the buyer said that he will check with the bank and revert. I have not received any SWIFT from him. As buyer said bank has confirmed that within 3rd May payment will cleared.
4th May NO payment again and started telling a new story that he needs a new document for. I said it is not acceptable; for that, he said, “I will arrange this document, ” and for that, I need 15 – 20 days’ time, and he gave us a final date of 21st May.
21st May NO payment again; new story is that he is not well and going for an operation. He needs some more time; by 28th May, he will clear the payment.
28th May – No response from buyer
1st June – The buyer said I am still in hospital; I need 10 – 15 more days.
Finally, the buyer said, ‘I will not do any payment. Do whatever you want!’
VTI’s response is ‘Don’t worry; we will work on new buyers’ and will apply for cancellation, and 60 to 70% of the amount will be refunded within 90 – 120 days.
