Sureka Forbes Private Limited is cheated and then harassed

This is in regards to the company, “Sureka Forbes Private Limited.

In November, 2021, I got a call from this company mentioning that they are calling from Eureka Forbes to which I asked them to visit for my Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Magna RO water purifier Annual service.
The technician (Praveen) came and I asked for ID card which he did not have and said that he is from Eureka Forbes.
I took an AMC November, 2021 for 2 years,
I then got the invoice mentioning their company name and then called them to clarify why it is not the original Eureka Forbes and the person named Harish mentioned that this is a Franchise. I had no option but to agree since my 8000/- had already gone.

Since then their customer care people are completely irresponsible in providing service (leave aside fair/good service). I have to call multiple times to book a service even which are mandatory as per AMC.
Also every time the technician comes, he does not do the service properly, either there is leakage or the wire gets burnt or there is red alert on the machine and then the second visit he happens to fix this.

Its been more than a year I am struggling with their technical team and customer care service.

Now since last Friday 3rd Feb, I am continuously following up with the customer care and technician (since my machine is showing red alert, may be the cartridge needs a change or some other issue) but I am not getting any response.
Moreover, the technician asks me to send a photo of the machine and does the troubleshooting from the picture.

Today, I spoke to the Technical lead named Rakshita and I asked for a refund since I am suffering now. She promised many things so I asked her to put everything in writing because your people don’t follow verbal commitments. She bluntly refused.

Then I asked for a refund to which she replied “If you behave like this then even a Dog will not come to your house- Aap agar aisa baat karega toh koi kutta bhi aapke ghar nahi aayega”

IS THIS A CUSTOMER SERVICE? IS THIS HOW THEIR SUPERIORS BEHAVE ??? IS THIS HOW THEY GIVE THEIR EMPLOYEE TRAINING?? THIS IS HOW VERBAL ABUSE ACCEPTED IN THEIR Company.

I Have also send them an email asking to raise this concern to their respective Directors “Mr. Naresh Mahadevan and Mr. Balaji Udayakumar.”.

Also have asked them for a refund since i was cheated and then harassed.
