I was looking for a part time job so I came across this site “Click India”
I applied for a Work from home typing/ Data entry job. I got a call after a day or two from this number- +91 9119429329 stating that I am calling from Motion Infotech Pvt Ltd and briefing me all about the job that you don’t have to pay any registration fees, the registration fees of amount Rs 6700 will be deducted later from salary. Your task will be to type 30 pages and you will be paid Rs 100 per page so your total salary will be Rs 30,000. This will only be given if you achieve 90% accuracy otherwise no amount will be paid from the company side and you will have to pay us Rs 6700 (Registration Fees). She also mentioned that we are a legit company. After this she asked- Are you interested to which I replied yes and then she said that please send me Hi message on whatsapp and I will share the company details with you. So she shared Udyam Registration, Demo Pdf and one page of written material. She asked me to be share Aadhar Card photo (front and back) stating that we need ID proof. After this she sent me an agreement letter and asked me to sign in an empty box.
After all this I checked the documents she shared with me over whatsapp, so I came across other company name in one of their pdf file which is Data Network Pvt Ltd and I checked their udyam registration also. The udyam registartion certificate they shared with me had a name Motion Infotech Pvt Ltd. but when I cheked their udyam registration online that company registered under their regitration number was Data Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. So I start googling about Data enterprises and Data Network Pvt Ltd, to my surprise they have done so many frauds with people. What they do is they send work which has to be completed in 10 days, so when you submit your work they will send you a file which has lot of errors stating that you that you haven’t achieved 90% accuracy so now you have to pay 6700 Rs. In case they are unable to prove that you wrong they say that we will pay you 30000 but first you will to pay some NOC amount of around 3000 or something which will be refunded. Some people paid that NOC and when they called the company to ask for salary and NOC refund, they either dont pick or they bklock you.
In my case I told them that you have done so many frauds with people to so I am not working with you and dont share any work with me. They still didnt listen and starting sending me work the next day and kept saying now you have signed an agreement otherwise we will send you legal notice. I knew that all this is fake so I stopped responding.
After 10 days a fake advocate Shubham Pawar (Real name Sanjay Shelar) callls me and sends me a legal notice stating that a case has been registered against you under section 37 & 73, 74, 75 and 420. When you will read this notice you will get it that its a fake notice as their are so many mistakes. They also say if you will not pay the amount you will have to visit court physically with your parents. In this fake notice they increased the amount from Rs 6700 to Rs 21, 500.
