Double Birth allotted for Male and Female passenger
I have booked 1 online ticket from Amravati to Pune on 12th Feb. Gender Male
When i boarded from Amravati it is observed that other person was female has already occupied the seat(2*1). The seat should be reserved for female passenger only. But they allotted to Male & Female. Don’t know how this has happened.
The staff already know that because the female passenger has boarded from Nagpur. They have the chart with always. but no action from their side.
Upon asking with the staff they said they started arguing looks like i am his slave and given two choices.
1)Get off the Bus right now(in running bus)
2)Travel in cabin
Both two options are unacceptable for me.
*I have asked them to arrange another seat in different Saini Bus—–Not agreed
*I requested them to do an alternate arrangement for a seat by asking anyone to move to my seat—–Not ready to do that( said do it by your own)
I felt helpless in such situation. Very bad behavior from Drivers and staff from Saini. This is not the way to behave with customer. Saini is responsible for any arrangement in such instance. no body figured out whose fault is this but being a responsible Bus operator they should do some arrangement. I will make 100% sure not to travel with such unprofessional Bus in future and wont recommend to anyone in my circle.
I never felt such humiliate from so called Drivers cums goons.
