I registered with SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY on 19-Apr-2022 for a job in Singapore .As per job info provided by consultancy: company Name “Rano sys technologies” and job role “Senior Specialist” and they said the salary will be 4000 sd with accommodation and food. The lady asked me to transfer one lac rupees in advance to proceed further with the job process. I transferred one lac rupees on 06-May-2022 through Gpay to their consultancy account. they gave me a signed agreement copy, in that mentioned, the job will be accommodated within 4 to 6 months from the date of the agreement. and that lady also promised that if in case I request for refund of the advance amount then the same will be refunded within 2 weeks from the requested date.
I waited for 6 months in between whenever I call to know the status they used to say waiting for PR number. when I cross-checked with the official site I got to know that they never applied for PR number.
Once the agreement period ended I requested them to return my advance amount of one lac rupees on 05-Nov-2022. they said they initiate the return process.
Since that day still I am waiting to get my money back.
Till now 3 times they gave refund date but every time on the given date they don’t receive the call and also don’t respond to messages if I continuously call then they replay the same message every time – please wait we will call you back, waiting for HR to transfer payment. These are the common dialog that I hear from them. They took the signature and my thumbprint to the deed form, in which they mentioned they will return One lac rupees. but on that day they failed to return and since then they keep on giving fake dates. Beware of this consultancy before transferring money. They are not trustworthy. I trusted them in the beginning and transferred my hard-earned one lac rupees now I am suffering because of them.
