Sir I have purchased the above stated vehicle dated as on 6.12.22
Since I haven’t got delivered it.
I have purchased the vehicle only after getting registered on RTO, The handle and fork are at fault, So when ever while driving the steering is moving on the right side only.
I have made a complaint to the company and dealer ‘’NEEL KAMAL MOTORS’’
They said they have made repairings, but say it’s a manufacturing default.
No proper response is given from NEEL KAMAL MOTORS as well as from RVM MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED.
It’s been a month the vehicle is lying in NEEL KAMAL MOTORS ITSELF, as I have made a cash payment on the spot. Inspite of that the problem is not yet resolved. My one month insurance and depreciation Has been charged.
I expect to check on to the problem and give me appropriate solution, I need a new vehicle. Thank you
