I am ex principal of mount litera zee school and worked with them for 2 years, left the job due to late salary, miscommunication and false commitment, recently i left the job and got to know that one of the director Mr. Saurabh pandey, current Principal Mrs Saumya Jaiswal and marketing executive Mukesh Tripathi defaming me and spoiling my image, in front of parents and staff. When i was there i did all the work related to documentation and permission from state, social media marketing, teachers appointment, academic and non academic they didn’t have any complaints when i was there but to hide their own weakness and mismanagement they are spreading everything on me.
Many times staff called me and complaining about the behavior of current principal, many teachers left jobs due to her behavior and some teachers and maid got fired by director due to silly reasons.
These are the list of employees who left within two months
1. Sarita Mishra(TGT), 2.Anurag Dwivedi(TGT), 3.Simran Dwivedi(PRT), 4.Ruchi Mishra(TGT), 5.Divya(TGT), 6.Punit Saluja(TGT), 7.Atul Dixit(ACC AND AUDIT), 8.Preeti Dixit(PRINCIPAL), 9.Pawan Yadav(OFFICE BOY), 10.Lalita Gupta(MAID).
Present teachers have complaints about exploitation but they are fear about the thing that they may loose their jobs.
Parents do have complains about them too one of them whose name is Vaishali Vaibhav shukla took her kid back due to poor education, untrained teachers and not having basic things like toilet, water cooler and security cameras.
They have still not provided salaries to many employees.
They are not even working according to zee learn even many students don’t have uniform and kit, they are following nothing from zee and spoiling image of mount litera zee school too.
As far as in my case if action have not been taken I’ll give them legal notice for defaming.
