I have recently purchased a jacket online through monte carlo app on 22.01.23. However, on receipt I found size issue in jacket and requested for return through customer care mail, but there is no response despite repeated follow ups. Also tried customer care nos…but no response.
I am stuck due to no response from monte carlo regarding return request of my jacket costing Rs 4110/- which is of no use due to size issue.kindly help me in getting refund/exchange from monte carlo.
