I had applied for the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) course in your reputed college. My name is aadarsh kumar kushwaha and my application number is – 412. I had also paid the seat reservation fees of Rs. 10, 000/- with transaction ID. But now Because my father has lost his job and our family is shifting from here to the village and I have to complete my further studies in my village, I’d like to drop out of this course and shifting to my village. I am sorry for all the trouble I have caused.
As a result, I respectfully request that you cancel my enrollment and refund the reservation fee to Punjab national Bank, account, I hope you understand my situation and will refund my fee. In this regard, I will be grateful to you.
