Gomechanic Spares is Harassment to the Customer

I have placed the order on GoMechanic Spares on 18th December 2022.
Given assurity that the product will be delivered on time. But it’s been more than 20 days now but the partial order is still showing “in Progress” status. I cannot service my bike with partial parts. I tried reaching customer service multiple times but they are unable to help in this case. They are neither delivering the product nor refunding the amount which they are holding from last 20 days.
