Expat Properties is false promise and make their money

i have purchased land from expat properties.
project name : whispering project
I paid almost 9 lakhs for this property 1 acre.
almost more than 4 years
they are not bother even to contact us to handover property or return money.
when i emailed no response from them. Even the qatar number they dont recive call.
they are cheaters they just make false promise and make their money.
maby people with me on same project has been cheated
i need my money back with interest.
