These great sebi registered people brought my investment of roughly 3.5 lacs (3 lacs capital+neptune package cost) down to 50k in over 18 months. They never keep any stop loss. The losses booked in a trade are generally few times more than profit that they seek for. Based on my experience and the their calls, I can’t believe their clients are in any profit, hence I surely doubt the positive reviews on different platforms. I can’t see my old critical review either. They manage their negative reviews by calling the subscriber and requesting them to remove the reviews since that would hamper their business. You feel like using the choicest of words to describe these people and their ability, since they are losing real money for a hefty service charge. If you show your concern, the RM would make you to speak to a new manager every time and that fellow won’t take any responsibility for your losses incurred till the old manager was handling. Nice way out! If anyone needs documentary evidence of my losses, I have every bit of it. Patience is really running out. Enough is enough. I can even go for publishing their detailed transactions and losses in 18 months on some national newspaper which they don’t show me the timebound roadmap to recover my losses and show the returns for my package. If not, shall take them to consumer court and claim damages.
My neptune package started basis my payment of 21-04-2022, Invoice date: 22-04-2022, Invoice number 549. Something that was supposed to be over in 1.5 months, after over 18 months I am sitting on 50k approx, after investing 3.5 lacs!
