Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have booked D2 Alite Cargo packers and movers from Delhi to gurgaon. Mr. Ajay who shared all the details on what’s app including company website as well confirmed that all the household material will be safe and secured.he has shared the website which is fake. Non of the links are working only the services and the contact details which is mentioned in the website belong to mr. Ajay only.this is not valid organization there is no option to complain and provide reviews.My sofa, bed and other household stuff got broken during the transport whereas when we reported to Ajay, he didn’t listen to us and threaten us to pay money first . He also sent drunken people for unloading the stuffs. Attached are the picture and video.
In first bill he has shared and marked for insurance while when he shared final bill and threaten us to pay it first before checking the product and unloading the products he removed insurance and all are product got damage which he is saying that u need opt for it.
As per communication we have provided confirmation on insurance but he fraud us and damages our product .
Sir, i don’t have any option please take action on this company and the person so that he will not trap other people like us.
Please take some time and look over the website it’s all fake only main page is built rest all the pages for other cities. isn’t working. I am also looking for compensation for my damage.
