Bisleri International is Empty Jar Pickup not addressed and Refund not received

I placed an empty jar return request on 09th Jan 2023 and after that they haven’t picked the empty jar and due to this they are not returning my money.

So far I had contacted their Cust. Care more than 10 to 12 times, and their support executive reply every time that the distributor will action the request within 2 days, but till now no response from distributor and Cust. Care taken the complaint too but no one turned up yet.

It clearly indicates that Bisleri not taking any strict action against their distributors because every time I receive message & email from distributor more than 15 times that “Customer not responded hence rescheduled” this is completely false information & it is a excuse for them to skip this request.

Seems like both Bisleri & their distributors are greedy on money rather than providing good service to their customers.
