Bharat Matrimony is I am not getting enough matches according to my preference

I am RAMAKRISHNA R (K3312348)
My Basic preference
Age. 25-31 yrs
Hight 5.2 to 5.7
Maritual status unmarried
Caste Brahmin Smartha and vaishnava whichever
education qualification : Bachelore degree in arts/science/commerce/ Higher secondary school/ High school
Employement : Employee or non employee optional
Occupation : optional
Annual income : optional

My location preference:Bagalkot, Belgaum, bellary, chitradurga, dakshin kannada, davanagere, gadag, hassan, haveri, hubli dharwad, kodagu, koppal, raichur, shimoga, udupi, uttara kannada

after i Save these preference each time when i searching for profile by by these preference,
my Result will be { CURRENTLY, THERE ARE NO MATCHES BASED ON YOUR PREFERENCES} from the date of (18th june 2022) in both regular mode and Prime mode
When i speak with customer care for this issue they are teaching to currect my preference and i will correct after also not getting satisfied results to me.

My complaint is you have to take necessary action for this issue. kannada matrimony is No.1 and have LAKHS of profiles and even though also not uploading matches according my preference. may its due hardware or software issue i dont know exactly.
