Alankritha Boutique By Reshma Deepak is fraud and running a scam

I ordered a dress from a website www.alankrithaboutique.com IG ID Alankritha_by_Reshmadeepak in Jan 2023 by immediately making payment. I was promised to deliver the dress within 1 month. It’s Feb 10 th 2023 and not received it. They don’t reply to messages nor phone calls or emails.

I feel it’s a total scam.

She is a fraud and running a scam. beware. Their website is below.

    You are correct. Same thing happened to me.
    She took 100% advance money and so far not delivered the item.
    She is not responding to call, whatsapp messages and email.

    It happened to me as well. She is copying other page post and adding it to the story claiming 3000. She is a fraud. Don’t fall in the trap

    Same here ..Alankritha is not trustworthy.They are cheating the customers..After 5 months of the order they are saying that the product is no longer available and forcing me to choose another product of their choice.When asked for refund they are not ready for it…

    Mine too jus lost on Jan 4 ,I don’t know how I blindly ordered without checking googling it ,am feeling so foolish and frustrated how she can cheat , how to raise official complaint no body takes action ? She can literally live her life happily ? How is the system I tried cyber complaint it’s jus went off in the middle I will try again , am okay to lose whatever the money ,she jus messed up with wrng person

    Correct I faced the same issue it’s been more than 3 months I havents received the product yet when I ask her she says it will be delivered in few days but non of them got delivered. I asked for refund and she says that they will not refund and delay in delivery is mentioned in the policy. They have mentioned they will deliver in 45 days but it’s 3 months and still not delivered. It’s a scam do not buy products and waste your money

Yes, they kept “informing” about delays, but informing customers repeatedly does not magically justify such ridiculous irresponsibility. A delay of a few days or weeks is understandable. But dragging an order for 5 whole months after taking full payment is absolutely unacceptable and shameful for any business claiming to be professional.

    What is even worse is the attitude of this boutique. Instead of feeling accountable or apologetic for wasting a customer’s time and money, they respond arrogantly and rudely, saying things like “this is our last message.” Imagine having the audacity to talk harshly to customers after failing to deliver for nearly half a year. If you cannot manage orders properly, stop taking people’s hard-earned money in the first place.

    The excuse about “bulk production” has now become nothing but a repetitive cover-up for poor management and zero commitment. Every business faces workload, but responsible businesses communicate realistic timelines, compensate customers when they fail, or at least offer refunds when delays become unreasonable. Here, there is no accountability, no professionalism, and no basic respect for customers.

    And honestly, the fact that comments are turned off speaks volumes. It clearly gives the impression that they do not want public complaints visible because many customers may have faced the same issue. At this point, even the positive reviews feel questionable because a genuinely trustworthy boutique would never hide customer feedback while continuing to delay orders endlessly.

    This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences ever. Five months of waiting, excuses after excuses, rude responses, and no refund — absolutely disgraceful behavior from a business. Customers deserve honesty and respect, not careless service and arrogant replies after their money has already been taken.
