They’ll never respond a call. And communicate through WhatsApp. When asked to share the details in email they send the package details but through a gmail account and GST number shared by them also belongs to a different company. Once payment is done they become unprofessional and rarely respond you in WhatsApp. You can’t expect a response over call or in email(after making payment). Initially they will ask you to wait for one week and the very next week they will ask to wait for another week but you’ll never hear anything from their end. Later they will block you in WhatsApp .
