i reached out to the customer care via emails, what’s app business account, Instagram but haven’t got any response, and after asking/messaging them several times about my product status they blocked me.
I want to file a complaint against the brand and their website www.frenesifashion.com and what’sapp business for misleading consumer and scamming them their website is fake/scam/ fraudulent

I ordered a dress worth ₹2500 in the month of November 2024., since then no parcel received and customer support also don’t respond.! Owner Tanvi Pathania doesn’t reply ., They have locked comment section of their account. FRENESI FASHION IS A FRAUD SITE.!

I have faced a similar issue with them. They don’t reply to any messages or take our calls. I have requested a chargeback as well. Hope they ban this website and report it immediately
