Fraud company

This company is a fraud company.It shows the list of property when I request for some booking ,I got reply that this hotel is not our tied up property.
It says you have to book before 30-35 days.when I request before 35 days the answer I got is all slots are booked..it’s subject to availability….so they open availability before 35 days for us and before 35 days the bookings are full.
I request for my holiday around 7-8 times but got only 1 booking that’s also not for my 6 n 7d package…they give only 3 night package and ask for money for 6 n as convenience fees..and that too after fighting a lot with the person.
The reservation team is all in the Black box..I can’t connect with them and customer support always answer that we can not do anything as the final decision is always of reservation team.
We paid 1lac rs for membership and now we are bagging them for our holidays
They show the online portal for booking which is not working.
They promise us to give bookings on all public holiday when we ask for that thay say we don’t provide reservation at the time of public holiday.
We book our tickets prior as tickets will not be available afterwards..and then they just comitt for giving bookings as per their nirm (30-35 days prior) and at the end moment they say we can’t give for ur destination…we can give you booking for another destination..such an unprofessional behaviour.
When I give them tickets for my booking date how I can change my destination…are they fool or what??
I request consumer board to please look in to my problem and help me to get my rights
