I have purchased a package of Saffire holidays. They had done a big fraud on me. They told me to invest in their package of ₹45, 000/- and later I cancelled this package and said them to give me another cheaper package for which they told me to take the package of ₹20, 000/-for which they used my debit card. Later, I received a text message for the cancellation of my package of ₹45, 000/- and for which I have to get a refunded amount within 1 week but to date I haven’t received any response or payment. I’m contacting these fraudsters since that day but now, in starting one of their employee Ms Aakriti and now, they are not even picking up my call. And, if you are not trusting me you can contact me. I’m requesting every person who is planning to have their packages kindly have a look over my review and not trust this fraudulent company. I am writing this review after losing all hope to contact these people and trying to help society. Last, I want to say that there Ms Tannu who is there in charge of this whole scam is also fraudulent. If you will get these packages from them you will also go behind them for your own payment but they will not act after once they receive the payment.🙏🏻
Completely fraud company : Saffire Holidays, Mussoorie
For my family, I took a 3 (+2) years holiday package costing Rs 85000 with AMC of Rs 9999 + 18 % GST (to be paid for 3 years), for my family from Saffire Holidays India Private Limited (SHIPL), Mussoorie in their promotional campaign in Tulip Green Castle (Hotel & Spa), Mall Road, Mussoorie where they have their branch office, on 25th Jan’ 2025. We received all the e-mails, documents, membership card with no CS00020250009 in my wife Sudeshna Nayak’s name valid for 3 Years. Nandini Chadha (8448469260) and Shivam Singh (9006858589) were their marketing personnel. But on our first hotel booking request made on April 4’ 2025 for only 3 days : MaY 1-3’ 2025 IN Avadh Sunshine Palace Hotel & Resort, Maheshpur, Ayodhya, SHIPL is not putting any effort to book a room and only trying to “loot” another Rs 11798 from me in the name of “AMC”. On confirming with the Avadh Sunshine Hotel’s reception desk, they said that neither they have any business tie-up with SHIPL nor SHIPL or any other third party (as claimed by SHIPL) have requested or booked a room in that hotel for my family for the above mentioned dates. Now the booking employee Sneha of SHIPL who is answering in the booking number 9258129389 (also available in internet & their website), is repeatedly lying to us that she has made the requests and is only dilly-dallying the processes. As on April 24’2025, SHIPL doesn’t want to provide any service or refund our hard-earned money. Sneha is also saying that Nandini & Shivam are no longer the employees of SHIPL. Nandini is not answering our calls & Shivam Singh is misbehaving with us. Also, Saffire Holidays, Mussoorie is not revealing their Manager’s name or his contact details. Since they know that their customers are living very far away from Mussoorie, they are openly cheating them and in the end would say that their eligible dates of holidays have lapsed. Also they know that all duped & suffering customers like us cannot go to Mussoorie or Dehra Dun to file police complaints against SHIPL or initiate any legal action against them. Saffire Holidays India Private Limited (SHIPL), Mussoorie is a completely fraud company with no work ethics. Nobody should trust this company and any family who have suffered or lost their money due to SHIPL, should contact me in the numbers mentioned below for further clarifications and any support if possible.

HOW THESE KIND OF HOLIDAY COMPANIES SCAM WITH THE PEOPLE??????

Saffire Holidays India Pvt Ltd is a Scam with the tourist. The representatives of the company approach the tourists roaming on the mall roads of mussoorie and give them scratch cards to scratch for the gifts. When the person scratches the card they finds the 6 days free holiday sponsered by the company and ask them to attend the meeting in the nearby hotel.
Now the company representative starts to convince the tourist to take their plan which in my case was , i gave them 84000/- one time membership and 10000+18% gst as Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) per year. This membership is for 5 years and 6 nights per year. Total 30 nights they offer in membership.
They promise that they will give you 3 star to 4 star properties anywhere in India with Studio Rooms free with breakfast.
They are so clever that they also can offer you one free night in excellent property to check their services. And believe me that property will be superb and the tourist might fall in their scam. The same thing happened to me i was impressed at that time but believe me that VIP treatment was for that time to pick the money from your pockets.
Now lets do some calculations:-
I have paid them 84000/- as one time membership fee. And also they charge 11800 for 6 nights per year as AMC.
If we calculate the total costing for 30 nights membership it comes to 84000+59000(11800 x AMC for 5 years membership )= 143000/-. Now calculate the average night 143000/30 nights= 4766/- per night.
Now once you pay them these charges, these people show their actual intention to scam the people. Everytime i ask them to book the property for me, they search the properties from the various applications available online and offers you properties worth RS. 1100/- to 1500/- only. This way we tourists feel cheated by these people.
Believe me you yourself can book even a 4star property with that amount. Why to give your hard earned money to these kind of scammers.
I do not know who all are going to read this review , but this review is written to help the tourist to save their hard earned money from these scammers.
Any person can comment below my review their experience with these fraudsters, so that we can save other people too.
One more thing these fraudsters are so clever that they force the tourist to write good reviews about their company on the internet after the 1st trip which they arrange to impress the people about their service. And often people falls in their scam due to these +ve reviews.
I again urge all the people who are reading this review to share this review with their friends and family so that they might not fall in their scam.
Uma Devi Bhatia (DIN : 09542857) & Kunal Bhatia (DIN : 09542858) are crooked & dishonest Directors of Club Saffire Holidays India Pvt. Ltd. Tanu Bhatia (8849512771) is also related with them & an employee of SHIPL. Police Complaints should be filed against them.
