Radisson Holidays World Pvt Ltd is Fraud

These people are fraudsters. they are doing frauds with every customer.

Every member of the RHW team is a fraudster. First they will call us in Bristol hotel Gurgaon. In this type of the location where their fraud game begins. once you enter they will give you the booklet and show different location and show there 5 & 4 stars hotel located at every location all over India. Then they will provide you a scheme for 10 years. ( I had chouse 10 year scheme in 1.75 lakh) where they will provide you a complementary stay for 1 day and 3 days any where as per there provided location all property will be 4 to 5 star. Then you will feel this is a great deal and you should go for it. This is the point where you make mistake. Once you pay them the amount and try to book the properties, the properties which were shown in the booklet are not available. At the beginning they informed you that they are located all over India but once you for booking the hotels for any where in India or somewhere else they won’t prove you any accommodation or they will show there term and condition or finally they will just say sorry that we don’t have property in the selected place and will give you the customer care number that they will not pickup anymore, I have tried around 100 time all given members no but nobody is picking up call. I have sent may mail on there reservation desk but there is no reply. first on there website there office address was updated but now there office address also not located. now I am stuck and not able to do any thing.

    Radisson Holidays World Pvt. Ltd.

I want to warn others against Radisson Holidays World Pvt. Ltd., as this company turned out to be a complete fraud. In February 2023, I was duped by their agent Deepak, who lured me with false promises of luxury 5-star hotel stays. Trusting their words, I unfortunately paid ₹1,25,000. After taking the money, they stopped responding—no hotel bookings, no reservations, and absolutely no support from their side.

This company has cheated me, and I want to alert others so that no one else falls into their trap. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has any useful information about them, please share it here.

Be cautious—do not trust this fraudulent company!

Pune: FIR Registered Against Courtyard Holidays World Private Limited For Cheating Couple Of Rs 2.77 Lakhs

Pune, 1st September 2022: Under the guise of giving a membership to the Marriott Hotel, the Courtyard Holidays World Private Limited, Delhi, brought a businessman to the Hyatt Pune on Nagar Road. It has been revealed that he was later defrauded of Rs 2.77 lakh through credit card fraud.

An FIR has been registered at the Yerwada Police Station against six employees of Courtyard Holidays World Private Limited, Delhi, based on the complaint made by the businessman.

Ashish Kumar Arora, Saheb Alam, Deepak Kaushal, Prabhanshu Gaur, Akshit Kakkar, Rehan Malik, Gajendra Singh, and Vansh Thakur have been named as the accused in the case.

According to the police, the incident took place between 1st October 2021 and August 30, 2022. The accused contacted the complainant Ritesh Kumar Bajaj (46) of Kharadi and claimed to be from the Courtyard Holidays World Private Limited. They allegedly pretended to have an attractive offer for the Marriott Hotel membership and invited him to Hyatt Hotel.

Police said that Bajaj and his wife were enticed by Gajendra Singh and Vansh Thakur with 100 nights at five-star hotels at very low cost. Bajaj’s credit card was taken and Rs 2.77 lakh was swiped after earning his trust through conversation. He questioned them after realizing he had been duped. The second accused made a 15-day pledge to refund the money at that time. But as of now, they have not been able to return the money. The complainant is said to have been threatened and verbally harassed when he sought his money back, according to the complaint.

Initially, police did not register his case. He filed a private complaint in the court which ordered the police to register an FIR and investigate the case.
