As per discussion with the Officials , they have told that the working data ratio approx 10:2 or 3, But after the agreement and deposited the amount, from first day itself, the commitment of the ratio of working and notworking data ratio is 250:1, today 30.01.2026 we worked working data is 3 only and Not working Data is 745. Is it the Data Mining ratio? Which is going to the market? Please inform which is average data ratio will be there, which is acceptable and justified.

As per discussion with the officials of Icotic Digitech Solutions, Noida, he has told the working ratio will be 10:2 or 3, but from first day of 29.11.2025 till date 31.01.2026 never got the ratio which he has told. We worked approx 7500 working data and we entered more than 2,50,000 not working data, and 95 % dates they rejected with so many illegal way, out total staff are very much angry about this Company about so many reasons.. They are going to ready to take legal action about the Company, because maximum staff are not responding in proper way, maximum time their mobile number are switched off position. Last few days we are working in 5 seat are only 48,27,34,22,27 . ratio is 150:1 and some time 248:1, Is it the correct procedure od Data Mining Projects where official staff has told 10:2 or 3 will be the Data Ratio. how we can survive , how can generate the invoice for payment the salary.. Please think serious about it or we have to go for legal action about this type of fraudulent nature…
