GIVA jewellery endorsed by Anushka sharma is fraud. I ordered jewellery worth Rs. 20000/- through GIVA app. Even after 2 months the jewellery is not delivered neither they are returning the money. when i tried to reach customer care the AI assistant talk and did’nt resolve my issue. The customer care is inaccessible.
