This is regarding the refund request that I have made against my holiday membership to Evan vacation club.
On the 1st Jan 2023 (Sunday) Evening, I paid the amount of Rs 52K to one of the representatives of Evaan club Mr. Ashsish and Ajay.
On the very next day morning, just after a few hours of filling out the form, I told them that I will not go for this membership and requested a refund.
Now I am not getting any response from them and I am continuously following up with them over the mail and phone for a refund.
They are making false promises and false information in the name of selling holiday packages and doing fraud with innocent people.
Now a week passes and it seems that they deceived me totally and scam us for Rs 52K. They trapped me perfectly. Now saying that we cannot make any refund.

The same experience happened with me. The same guy Ashish and Gaurav. They are cheating people
Ashish and Gaurav are such a fraud person mentioning their numbers now they did not pick my calls.
I asked them provide me me hirarchy but there is no hirarchy in the company

The same happened with me. They trapped me and their numbers are Vivek-9355000601 and harpreet-7400003787
I have also faced the same fraud committed by Mr. Sahil and Mr. Vishu. I was given false commitments at the time of purchase.
Whenever I ask them to book the hotel, they either make new excuses, try to extract extra money, or completely fail to book the hotel as per their earlier commitments. This is a clear case of misleading and unfair trade practices.
I am planning to file a case in the Consumer Court against them. If anyone else has faced a similar issue and would like to join me in seeking justice, they may contact me.
