In an effort to give our guests best experience, we did the biggest mistake by booking a lift from Elite Elevators. Their sales and marketing team (Kanishka) is quick enough to make the site visit and compel for 50% advance. But then all the other departments including the owner is not reachable and unresponsive.
We booked an outdoor lift which did not need any support except the concrete base. Paid 50% advance on 31st May 2024. Site visit by engineer was promised within 15 days and installation was promised within 3 months. But after repeated calls, site visit (Sarfraz) happened in last week of August. Drawings took 1 month to come. And then promised that lift will be ready by November beginning and then pushed to November end. Full payment was received by them on 30th November exactly as per their demand with a promise that dispatch will happen in 2 days of receipt of full payment. Still dispatch happened on 16th December after a lot of lies and communication exchanges. Material was at last received on 23rd December. But trauma and harassment did not end here. Now installation team was not there. Installation team came on 3rd January and after 3 days started saying that structure is shaking. As of 16th January work has been stopped. And their response is that structure strength is not there.
This lift was booked based on the fact that no structural support was required. The lift was supposed to be bolted with base and was self sufficient.
We are now facing the harassment of booking the lift with Elite Elevators with no solution from their end.
Fraud company. Please do not choose these elevators. I regret for choosing this company. They took me advance booking amount from me and told me will refund the amount after cancellation charges . It has been more than a year and still no refund. No one will respond for calls or mails and still no refund. Please don’t choose this company and you will regret for choosing this.
Worst service from CRM Team.
They don’t pick the call and no response in whatsapp group. I’m very upset.
But paid half amount.

I ordered Elite Elevator x300 for my home on 25Dec2024 since then there is delay at every process and as a customer i had to follow up with CRM and sales team. No accountability and everyone at elite Elevators becomes busy once you pay advance and they stopped follow up and answering calls and I had to followup for every step to accomplish and spent 1.5lac for shaft also but no proper response on commitment on lift delivery
Nowadays if you buy a switch for Rs.100 you get a better service than this.
