The company, the lift, the after sales service, AMC, everything is terrible about Nibav. This lift has been installed for past 13 months but it has probably worked in all 13 days. They take the part and don’t show up for months on end. After much follow up they come but again the lift does’nt work….8 days ago 2 persons got stuck at midnight in this lift and after booking a service request and despite 2 follow ups no one has attended to it till now. They are the worst company in the market right now. Its better you don’t install any lift rather than install this Nibav. They don’t know the meaning of customer service, they have no business to be in this industry! Worst product…regret buying it.
