Travel tour from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar was agreed with 3-star hotel booking. But later they said 3-star hotels are not available. Therefore, I am asking them for refund of my money paid as advance booking of Rs.6600/-. They are not refunding my money paid for advance payment.
