This builder is a professional fraudster. Right Channel Properties has cheated Tower 28 residents without shame. I am an owner and regret every rupee spent here.
₹10 lakhs taken for “surface parking” — delivered mechanical parking garbage with ₹1,000/month loot. Some buyers paid cash and were never given receipts or parking.
Amenities like gym and garden were straight-up lies to trap buyers. After selling 90% flats, the sales team was fired and disappeared, just like the builder’s responsibility.
No security. No gas pipeline even after 4 damn years.
This Malad project is a scam site, and the builder is utterly irresponsible and dishonest.
DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
