I am writing this to share a deeply distressing experience with Dream Square Holidays Pvt. Ltd., a company that deceived us with false promises and financial misrepresentation. In April 2025, we were approached during our trip to Manali and invited to a 2-hour session by their representative, Mr. Ravi Pratap Singh, and others. They pitched us an attractive-sounding holiday membership for ₹;1, 00, 000, claiming 60 days of premium holiday stays across 12 years in 4-and 5-star hotels like Hyatt, Ramada, Sheraton, and Lemon Tree. We were promised no hidden charges, and a 45-day refund policy if unsatisfied. However, once the payment was made via credit card, reality unfolded differently, EMI was charged at 18% interest, and later we discovered ₹;8 000/year AMC was buried in the agreement, never mentioned during the meeting.
When we tried to cancel within promised days, they responded with a generic email promising a follow-up within two days. Its been weeks, with no refund and continued rude and abusive behavior from their team during our follow-up calls. They even denied hotel bookings shown as available on their website and tried pushing us into low-tier alternatives, proving their tie-ups were fake.
We have now filed a cybercrime complaint, and a consumer court grievance. Weve collected written confirmation from Hyatt, Raddison and others denying any association, screenshots of rejected hotel options, chat and call records, payment receipts, and the manipulated agreement.
This is clearly a pre-planned travel scam that preys on trust, especially during vacations. Please do not trust their sales pitch, avoid swiping your card on the spot, and dont fall for Dream Square Holidays fake reviews online. Help spread awareness and protect others from falling into the same trap.
They have many fake positive reviews on Google and Justdial. A WhatsApp group has been formed by some of the victims who were scammed. If youve also been a victim, Lets raise our voice together and take action.

We purchased a travel package worth ₹1;.2 lakhs from Dream Square Holidays in Old Manali. Initially, everything was explained nicely by Ravi Pratap Singh, Saurabh Bakshi, Nikita, and Rahul Rajput. However, it turned out to be a complete scam. Heres what we experienced:
They claimed to have hotel tie-ups, but in reality, no such tie-ups exist.
All the contact numbers of the team members have been switched off or changed.
The office address mentioned on their website is fake, and they have no presence in Delhi.
Hidden charges were added later, which were never mentioned during the booking.
When we asked for a refund, Ravi Pratap Singh used abusive language.
In this review, I have shared details about the scam by Dream Square Holidays.
We got trapped in this scam you can still avoid it.
If you are planning a trip to Manali, this information is extremely important for you.
Their entire modus operandi revolves around just one goal to extract ₹;1, 00, 000 from you, no matter what, in return that they will provide 5-star hotel(like Hyatt, Lemon Tree, Sheraton, Raddisson etc.) to stay. But in reality they do not have any tie-ups with any 5-star hotel(proof attached).
When it comes time to pay, they hand you an agreement full of hidden clauses. But if you even pause to read it, they immediately say, Oh, its just a promotional offer document, dont worry just sign it.
If you ask about refund, theyll tell you Youll get it in 45 days but that countdown starts from the date you send them the signed agreement, not the day you made the payment. When you eventually try to book a hotel, theyll say, You need to pay AMC(Annual Maintenance Charge) ₹;8, 000 -10000. And this is where most people get emotionally trapped for the first time.
Many feel betrayed at this point because no one ever mentioned anything about an AMC(Annual Maintenance Charge) earlier. Still, some people give in and think, Okay, lets just try it once whats the harm, we will get a 5-star hotel?
But once you pay the AMC and arrive at the hotel reality hits hard. The hotel isnt 4-star or 5-star at all. In fact, its barely even 2-star level. The rooms are in poor condition, far from what was promised.
When you complain or ask for a refund, they coldly respond:
You signed the agreement yourself theres nothing we can do now.
Then comes the same scripted line again: It was a promotional offer refunds are not applicable.
The truth is, they made you sign it without telling you the full story. They played with your trust, your emotions and by the time you see whats really going on, its already too late.
Fake Reviews Trap Do Not Fall For It(English Version)
Platforms like Google Reviews and JustDial.com are filled with glowing 5-star reviews but do not trust them blindly.
Heres the real picture:
On MouthShut.com, which actually verifies and flags suspicious or fake reviews, dozens(sometimes hundreds) of their reviews are flagged or reported as misleading.
Recently, theyve started adding new fake reviews again, trying to bury all the old complaints under a flood of positivity.
Remember this important truth:
If something genuinely delights a person, only 5-6 out of 100 will write a positive review. But if someone feels cheated, nearly 90 out of 100 will make sure to post a negative one.
Thats why were sharing this today.
So you dont fall into the same trap we did.
If anyone ever offers you such a voucher or exclusive travel deal, please be cautious.
We suffered you dont have to.
At last, I will again say that NEVER trust what they say, because in the end, when you ask for a refund, the entire story circles back to the agreement. They clearly tell you that you had signed the agreement, and as per that, you are not eligible for any refund. If you push a bit or follow up persistently, someone from their side who has some basic legal knowledge will start replying to you in legal language. And if you press further, they even stoop to using foul and abusive language. In this entire process, you neither get to enjoy your hotel stay nor recover your hard-earned money. And every time you try to book a hotel in the future, this bitter experience will sting in your heart. This very incident still haunts us today. So please, dont fall for their words, dont make any major decisions under pressure, and think a hundred times before giving them any money.
I will write another review where I will explain in detail how they approach you and the kind of sweet talk and tricks they use to convince you to buy their package or fall into their scam.
