Giva jewellery is fraud, cheat people. Don’t but anything from giva, have received a broken bracelet, offcourse it’s so thin and already broken, no ways to reach customer support. Finally managed to reach them after raising a complaint , off course late response from them and now they are saying they cannot pick the product as it’s not a pick up location which is pune . They can deliver but cannot pick up. It’s fraud and should be banned . Giva jewellery should be banned from as it’s a cheat company. Doesn’t deserve any star at all but this website is forcing me to give 3 star or else it’s not accepting. How disgusting is this. Nonsense fraud, cheat.
I placed an order for my wife’s birthday and it costed me 17k, I did not receive that product and when I called they just told me it’s out of stock so wait until they make another one, They could not even cancel my order.
What a pathetic service.
GIVA Jwellery is fraud. The big stars associated with GIVA are looting poor people money. such incident happened with me and my friend also. The order value for me was 20K. they neither delivered the product nor returned the money.
Its difficult to reach customer support and whenever i call they say sorry.
