Elite Elevators stair lift broke down and missed accident. Once again a miserable experience with my stair lift and the response from this agency.
I am writing this with a lot of pain and anguish.
It was a missed accident.
The stair lift broke down midway on the stairs and it was a night marish experience for the 80 year old passenger and all of us before we could get her out of the stair lift .
The lift is under comprehensive maintenance and when asked for the break down to be attended they insist on the payment for the spare parts before attending the service.
They are conveniently taking taking shelter under the clause of the AMC little knowing and dismissing the fact that it was a life threatening issue.
The passenger is now afraid and scared to use this stair lift.
Instead of being humanitarian under such circumstances, this agency is behind money for everything.
The AMC clauses cannot be construed and used to their convenience. The gravity of the situation needs to be understood in applying the rules.
I am insisting for a zero fee service charge and they are adamant in me paying the fees.
This ingratitude and irresponsible nature of this agency is to be noted by the existing customers and future customers.
This is not my first experience with them.
I have had a few experiences in the past too.
Prospective buyers are requested to refrain from buying this stair lift and any product from them.
MNCs supply such products and leave us into the hands and mercy of such unscrupulous agencies.
The MNCs are clueless , dumb and irresponsible when approached and express their incapability to resolve them.
I would like to rate a “subzero ” for this agency but unfortunately it does not exist.
Till date no one is really bothered neither about the incident nor offering any service
