Nibav lifts chennai is fraud and worst experience. I enquired for nibav lifts and got the quote and during the initial evaluation marketing team informed that it is feasible to install your lift with certain modification.
Based on the words I have paid 50% advance
Whereas I came to know during the technical team marking the modification will entirely spoil my staircase and also the look of my entire house hence I cancelled it and
informed CRM team and once again technical team visited and more or less the same findings and hence I have to cancel it.
Having informed the same on 22nd February 2024 through mail, no response from you CRM and when I call also the same is being disconnected. No response to the mails
i am in doubt whether I can get my money or not?

Beware of This Fraudulent Lift Company – Cheated Me of ₹4.5 Lakhs!
I am absolutely furious and disgusted with this so-called “lift company.” They took a whopping ₹4.5 lakhs from me and have since vanished into thin air like common con artists. No responses, no explanations, just a cold, deafening silence.
This company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists who prey on innocent customers, promising quality and service but delivering ZERO. Their blatant dishonesty and complete lack of professionalism are beyond shameful. If you value your hard-earned money, stay miles away from these thieves!
Worst service and worst experience
I bought their product 3 years back and they have a fancy scamming technique “AMC” – beware of it. They initially will not mention this and then they ask you to pay around 30K for one year. Once the payment is done they promise 2 free services. NOTHING HAPPENS. I tired callling them many times and no one showed up. Product is amazing but service is horrible. I personally feel AMC package is a scam and waste of money. All they do is keep calling you and torcher for AMC payment. Once’s it’s done no one even bothers to ask or follow up. BEWARE the contract conditions for AMC aswell.

I just had my worst experience with their customer care and installation team. Nobody is bothered to address the issue. Installation also done was incomplete. It’s been 2 months now since installation no one is responding Nibhav is charging money and gets the transaction done before the installation and now we have to run behind them.
Their regional manager Mr. Teju and CRM Ms.Neha are not at all responding to calls nor texts.
Nibav lift installed in my house, during sep 2024,i am facing toomuch of problems, worst installation and very very very worst postinstallation service.
