We paid full advance of Rs.25500 towards purchase of table from Amsi Atelier of Bangalore on 22nd Oct and table was supposed to be delivered by 15/11/22. Have made daily calls to Girish but he kept advancing timelines on daily basis. He lies literally from his teeth and doesn’t listen to our complaints. He is very aggressive in his approach and keeps threatening that you do whatever you want. He has even sometimes said that product is out for delivery when it was actually not. This guy is very rough in approach and has no value for his words.
Finally, i cancelled my order on 3rd Dec and still chasing him for refund, he keeps fooling me every day that it will happen at 4 pm , then 8pm and finally stops taking my calls. It is almost 18 days and i haven’t received my refund yet. He keeps showing me his policy of refund on his website which changes as per his convenience. Initially he said 10 working days , then 20 working days and so on. Ideally he should have refunded immediately as it was his fault that he could not deliver product on time.
I have gone through several reviews about this company and realized that he has cheated many and people have faced similar ordeal which i am narrating here. I think we should make a forum and take joint action against such fraud online sellers.

Same situation here I have paid 100% advance for 32500 for the sofa and this is not yet delivered .speaking to girish Solanki and they are promising me ahipment every week and then at the last moment they back out and say that the shipment is delayed etc..this is a fraud company ..very rude customer service

AMSI ATELIER IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD COMPANY. I ordered a dining table ( Order Invoice 1271) for which I requested them for a 50% advance payment. But Mr. GIRISH(only point of contact and biggest LIAR AND FRAUD) insisted me to pay the full 100% advance and I paid too. He promised me to deliver my table in 15 days but after hundreds of calls and messages he just delivered the upper half marble after 45 days.
Now it’s about 3 months he hasn’t delivered me the lower part of the dining table plus he threatens if I don’t want I should cancel my order and return him his marble. Plus he is super rude and mannerless, shouts on the phone when contacted. And then my husband recieved a mail from them that our order cannot be cancelled.
I am totally traumatised by his false promises
and commitments.
Then I went through several extremely poor reviews about him , hundreds of victims and was completely shocked and in mental trauma.
Numerous other people are facing the same ordeal.
I have never experienced such a big fraud in online shopping. So please don’t get lured by their fancy Instagram page and website it’s all fraud since they hardly deliver anything after taking away your money.
I am initiating Police complaint and reporting this to Cyber crime branch for cheating against Mr. Girish and AMSI atelier.

I ordered sofa after paying 100% on 9th August with a waiting period of 4 weeks. From past 2 weeks I had connected with different people and each gave different answers. At first they said the sofa was shipped already (on 12th Sep) and I’ll get it delivered by 19th Sep, but when I called for the tracking info on Friday they said it was not yet shipped and manufacturing got delayed and said he’ll share the tracking id by next day before eod. Still haven’t received any

He assures you that the product will reach you in 15 days then he screams on top of his lungs and ignores your calls and says he will call back. There is absolutely no way you can get your product or money back. If you ask him for the store address ,he will say it’s an online store. He is a biggest fraud I’ve witnessed in my life. All of us need to report to this page or ask some famous bloggers to post about it so that other innocent people don’t fall prey to this dimwit Girish who is a biggest liar alive. Hi i have gone through the exact same situation with this Company wherein a sofa was ordered in December 2023 however on one pretext or another the sofas were undelivered till date on 16th Feb 2024. Girish Solanki promises deliveries every week but nothing happens and no money returned to the customers too. Kindly advise what is to be done to take action against the Company?
This whole game is of pictures only …if he had intended it would be here .the picture sent by him 3 weeks ago was scam with lot of follow up only .even he gave number of transporter but no such consignment was with him..again made promises but he alone know Nothing Exists ..all benefit of doubts have been given …He has taken Rs 1 lakh GST and freight in advance..He is definitely a fraudster and should be made to return hard earned money
