They called us saying that they got our number from IRDAI site and all. Then what they did initial package they sold us with promise of MDRT. And after few days called us again to get upgrade of the package. One glaring service defect is that they don’t have a refund policy. Untill You make payment they won’t tell you about this. Once payment is made they simply ask us to to upgrade continually to the highest package with zero results. They provide random numbers and those people are not even aware about Finplus and/or not interested in the Insurance products only. Don’t lose money on this low level third grade company which are selling fake products to agents. Their target is agents not actual insurance education.
